It can help you relax. It can help relieve pain. These are big, important abilities nowadays. Clearly, I’m a big fan of massage. I think you will be, too, once you make massage part of your health and wellness routine, just like brushing your teeth and eating your veggies.
My schedule is made up of some very dedicated clients, but I am accepting new clients on a limited basis—contact me to see if we can arrange a time that works for us. If not, I may refer you to another excellent practitioner to make sure your needs are met.
